I would highly recommend Julie Irving. I have been battling with Centrelink and my fathers retirement village where he owns a unit 2 1/2 years after going into residential care. I have been financing my father with his RAC as his unit is just sitting there. No one was willing to help me so this ended up costing me $600 a fortnight to keep him in a descent facility. It is now ending as Julie has given advice and spoken to the powers that be.She knows what to ask where as a beginner I had no idea. Forever grateful.
